Terms of use
These are the studio’s house rules for nailsbyluvpink.com and the Luvpink app. Using the site, booking a chair, or creating an account means you agree.
1. The chair. Jessica is an independent nail artist in Reno. Services are by appointment only. A requested time is held once she confirms it. We may decline or reschedule a request.
2. Cancel. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we just need 24 hours’ notice. Message us and we’ll find another time. Same-day changes are a courtesy when we can.
3. Photos. We may photograph your set for the studio wall, this site, and @luvpinknailstudio unless you opt out in your account.
4. Messages / SMS. Email, in-app chat, and SMS via Twilio are for booking, holds, reminders, waitlist offers, and replies. Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 texts per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Quiet hours: we do not send after 8pm or before 5am Pacific. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS, START to opt in, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to book. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Opt in on nailsbyluvpink.com/sms-signup or when you request a time.
5. Your account. Keep your password. You can delete your account in the You tab.
6. The shelf. Products are optional and separate from a nail appointment. A request is not paid until the studio confirms the money. Pickup is at the studio unless she tells you otherwise. Example products on a new shelf are samples, not a promise of stock. Card payments, when offered, are taken in Stripe or Square. This site records the sale. It does not store the card.
